This is my least favorite tenant, always pays rent late (but does pay), rent is lower than other tenants (but higher than Cricket), doesn't want to pay the NNN portion that they underpay whenever we do CAM recon.

I absolutely WOULD have a camera on a pool area or a hot tub simply for liability protections but thats just me.We always cover each exterior entrance into the property plus the driveway and garage doors if applicable and I have a doorbell cam as well at each property. typically 3-4 cams at each property max.

It'll tell you if they have any criminal history/sex offender etc. etc.If they are red flagged Safely informs you and if you don't want the reservation Safely will email them on your behalf.
