Panama City Beach Condo Rentals

I'm interested in hearing everyone's experience with purchasing condos in Panama City Beach for short term rentals. I'd like to know the ins and outs if you don't mind, from down-payment required, expected gross income, best places to buy, etc. Any help is appreciated.

@Justin Youngblood

I'll piggy back on the Warrantable condos, somewhat. If they are warrantable, there is lender options for 10% down. Outside of that you are looking at 20%+ down.

Income, I typically try to find that 20%+ Cash-On-Cash Return for my investors. That leads me to management.

I always recommended self-managing. It takes some upfront time getting cleaners, handyman, etc. in place. But systems can become very automated after that!

Best of luck to you!
