You have every right to ask if the policy has dog bite / dog breed exclusions and need to spend time (unfortunately) reading the policy exclusions.I will say that a certain insurance company that may or may not have a lizard as the mascot brokers out their renters and home policies with other companies and some of those companies have a dog breed exclusion and some of the companies they broker it to do not have a dog breed exclusion.

Hi @Ryan Dunn - the easiest is just to ask a few brokers that are active in the area, you can also simply attend a local real estate investors meetup (a lot of them are free or very inexpensive) and let folks know you're looking to offload your inventory.

I would also suggest reviewing credentials...50% of the PM firms in the city are not licensed brokers or agents affiliated with brokers....and most of the agents that claim to manage are focused on residential sales...not a great fit.

To be clear, it is totally ok to APPLY for more than one (shopping rates/lenders/brokers) however having multiple loans going at once (if you were doing a loan for your primary and one for a rental at the same time) requires disclosing on the application that you are getting another loan while your current loan is processing.
