The issue that I see with the whole arrangement of buying it in your own name, getting financing in your own name, and then transferring the title into an LLC, while keeping the financing in your own name is that any good plaintiff's attorney in a lawsuit against your LLC will argue that the LLC is just a sham and that the veil should be pierced (i.e. that you should be held personally liable for any damages incurred).

Only when Rich eased up and started back to traveling was I able to catch him.Both Jon Holdman and Will Barnard are highly active, and well respected among the membership; I don't think I'll be passing either of them unless they just stop participating.Being ranked in the top 10 is nothing to be ashamed of :cool: ... and it's certainly better than being in the bottom 10.
