I read everything from algorithms, creative thinking, willpower and self compassion, entrepreneurship etc etc.The point in time when I decided to enter real estate investing was when I was listening to a BiggerPockets podcast with Karen.

As a result, the algorithms Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. use often get pricing and other information incorrect.

In the end, you would be speculating on the search engine algorithms by trying to time it, which is going to be a no-win situation in my opinion. 

A recent episode of the Thanks for Visiting podcast featured Jeff Brown from Loma Homes with some really great insights into what drives the Airbnb algorithm.

Plus with their algorithm, I'm assuming this 1 review will affect my listings ranking substantially.

I'm not sure how their algorithm is put together, but it's obviously some sort of aggregation and the numbers come out really screwy.

Despite what most on here tout ..Not everything can fit into a algorithm or spread sheet .
