We actually cut the two burner electric stove into the counter top (bought at Walmart for about $200), and purchased a full 18cuft fridge.

It's your call, but you could be making this much at Walmart without as much stress.

I have standard kings and was able to replace a bed frame same day with a delivery from Wal Mart, no way are you doing that with a Cal King.
