I usually just shop replacements on PC Richards, Lowe's or HomeDepot but thought I'd ask the community if anyone has other recommendations for appliance providers or loyalty/rewards programs I should be aware of given my frequent purchases.

I have qualified tenants that do not have access to a pc or have ever had an email address.

Also, check your local library for what app they use-- you can check out many of these suggested e-books and listen to audiobooks for free (from the library!)

Many of my flips are hundreds of miles away or even outside of Texas and I usually list with a Realtor for this reasonI could see Zillow having a 9$ an hour foreign “ case worker “ or Zillow home representative “ walk the average person through it just like setting up a pc or satellite  tv service .

I will add that book to my library as well.

@Lara NicoleI think you should look at Beaverton near the downtown area around the library for a house hack.

The bookstore on this site has some great resources, your local public library (& interlibrary loan) will probably have some good titles as well.The Bigger Pockets podcast explains a lot of concepts and the guests come from all walks of life and tell their stories.

The Bigger Pockets Library has great books to help you get started with more in depth ideas.
