I spend 30 - 45 minutes, asking and answering questions regarding the terms and the processes, including adding/removing parties from the agreement, early termination by tenants, and mounting big flat screens on the wall is not allowed.

In some cases installers only need to drill two holes, run electrical, and everything else mounts to the wall.

Personally I prefer they leave the holes behind, instead of trying to patch anything.Are these rod brackets mounted to the furring or wood backing or just sheetrock screw anchors?

For this reason, you can commonly buy combo smoke/CO detectors these days and they are ceiling or high on the wall mounted.

They may require you to relocate the boxes, and some locales now require the pedestal mounted "gang" type units, which have detailed requirements for the pad on which they are mounted.If your current boxes are in poor condition, unsecure, or are difficult to access safely, they can stop delivery to the building.
