Westchester, NY: Building a team for seller-financing

Hi,

I'm trying to put together a seller-financing deal on a SFH in Westchester county, NY. The place is old and needs TLC.

Looking for personal recommendations on an attorney to structure the contract and a GC to walk through the property with me. 

My biggest concern are the old hardwood floors and the option to add an additional bathroom on the 2nd floor. Currently there's only one bathroom on the first floor, but all the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
