Hello All!

Wanted to take an opportunity to say hello!  I'm new to the real estate investment side of the business and looking to connect with experienced individuals.  I've spent the last 15 years working on the mortgage side of the real estate industry so I have a decent understanding of real estate.  I'm currently in a compliance role full time.  I want to put my real estate knowledge to work for me!

I currently live right outside of the Philadelphia area but have a love for center city and the surrounding areas which is where I plan to put most of my focus.  I'm interested in both wholesaling and flipping properties.

Hope you have settled in a bit and read some great articles here. I come across some great deals in Philly and looking for like minded people to network with.
