Hi all, my team and I have over 1500 units and are closing up another 80 unit deal in an emerging market in Vicksburg, MS currently [506(b) offering].

The property is in Mississippi.

I saw folks buy rentals in Madison MS and not realize the CCR precluded the homes being rented at ALL they could only be owner occupied.. 

For instance, I read the article on Natchez, MS and it says you need to "buy a house worth $150,000 or more, then live in the home for at least a year."

The property is located in southern rural Mississippi, I am looking to see around what the average price of something like this would be to install a well and septic with the house already there. 

So I’m looking at buying a number of properties in Mississippi.
