Old House moved to new property without well or septic/rural MS
I am looking to purchase an old home that was moved to a new piece of land, the house is around 3,000 square feet.
I did not move this house to the property, just to clarify. The house is on a foundation that is raised about 3 foot off the ground but there is no well or septic tank at all, nor was there ever. The people who had the house moved this house to a raw piece of land, which is right at 3 acres. The property is located in southern rural Mississippi, I am looking to see around what the average price of something like this would be to install a well and septic with the house already there.
