Culturally, mine is also much more open with finances than the typical American.  

I believe it is at Johnny's Irish pub once a month. 

The University gives it cultural depth and there's lot of blue collar employers.

Cash is more risk adverse, limits your scaling capacity to your immediate accessible liquid cash (possible one may have a strong capital arsenal).The ultimate goal here is that the provider you define fits your strategy, culture, is sophisticated well established operation with a proven track record. 

Restaurants coming in, art/culture/events etc.

We live in a culture of go to school, get a job, save some money, and hopefully retire one day. 

I am so used to the typical forum culture of "use the search button" when presenting a question.
