I have heard that Ridge Lending is also good, but a bit more expensive because they are licences in all 50 states.Interest rate with Highlands when i purchased was about 5% if I did 25% down and about 5.3% if i did 20%. 

If the City can resolve some infrastructure issues and finish out the Juniper Ridge area to attract more business to the area then things will really do well for Bend.

For context, I am purchasing a STR in Blue Ridge and will be managing remotely. 

There's a new development called Koa Ridge and then as you go up further north you start getting into Wahiawa and Wailua. 

Eagle Ridge is a quiet and often overlooked neighborhood that's perfect for families and retirees.

I understand Clifton, Hyde Park, Northside, Over-the-Rhine, and Pleasant Ridge are more of the desirable neighborhoods for rental properties which also explains the more expensive properties.TY in Advance!
