We're happy with our condo investments.In FL, condo living for tenants is desirable, because they can get amenities that SFRs in that price range don't have - secured/gated entry, pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, waterfront views, jogging trails, BBQ stations, car wash facilities, party rooms, boat facilities, etc.

Can you survive the grillings?

An option in Vancouver is REVIN which meets every other Tuesday at Gobi Mongolian Grill at 12 PM off Mill Plain.  

I went so far as to put filter material on the return air grilles to catch most of our dog's hair (German Shepherd).  

She fully furnished her house with everything down to towels, linens, flatware, and lifestyle appliances (blender, grill, etc...).

It's a 4/3, big backyard, bbq porch, garage and sits on 0.5 acres.

Or you could possbily be in Kansas and because BBQ is so good in Kansas, nobody cares.

I got as far as "Sec. 704(b) and the regulations thereunder" and my mind was wandering to BBQ and sailing.
