Hello  BP,I'm attempting to contact a FSBO to get it under contract.

She needs to attempt a loan modification if she wants to keep or sell via short sale.

There was an attempt to set one up earlier this year, but it fell through.

I was told the ramifications vary based on what type of bankruptcy is filed.However, there is nothing (as far as I know) stopping you from attempting a court eviction for the unpaid rent. 

For this to happen they must never consider attempting to get around HOA rules or seek out loopholes.

I attempted starting an online wholesale business but realized I really did not enjoy it at all.

I've reached out to a few smaller banks in an attempt to find more investor friendly lenders who also offer FHA loans but haven't had much luck.
