Even if both units have their own air return. As far as the temperature ranges, it might be best to explain to the renter before they sign how this works and why, and if you find them really complaining about the overall temp inside the units being too cold, MAYBE adjust it.But if they are complaining 1A is too cold and 2B is too hot, it may be the return air ducts are not efficiently sized to handle the air pumped into the units.Would splitting into three furnaces add value to the rental in that area I wonder (???)

Hi, JacquelineIf it's drugs, your probably pouring money down the sewer.Public defender and pay off the house.Go drive Uber (or food delivery) for the payoff money, or work a temp job.You could be working tomorrow if you wanted to, and were not very picky about the job.If the house is paid off, only taxes, and if you have it (insurance) remains. That way you will have a place to live and your son will have a place to live if he needs it.Public defenders are for people with no money like your son.Good Luck!

I’m Pretty much open to any place without a state or local income tax, low property taxes, cheap insurance, no hurricanes, no tornadoes, no freezing temps, and a rising population caused by people fleeing areas that don’t offer these things.
