Reciprocating RE licensure Vs. REI in STR using BRRR or Both?
Hello BP Family:)
I am a rookie to the BP nation, lol, looking to build passive income streams through STR. I am a liscensed RE agent in Michigan, and have been researching the best route to leverage my resources. I moved my daughters to Tempe, AZ last year and plan on making the transition myself and reside in both locations.
Should I utilize the RE reciprocating licensure or take advantage of the asset class of STR and invest using the BRRR method?
