Another factor is we both work full time jobs so it’s difficult for us to scale as quickly as we would like to but if we can take these early profits that would change things. 

I revitalized the front and rear lawns, fully updated the kitchen and bath, along with new flooring, paint and the works.

Given your low interest rates, refinancing isn't ideal, and traditional HELOCs may not work since these are investment properties.

With the property needing lots of work, I provided a solution to the owner.
