For some reason, I can't get the @Mentions feature to work right now.

Do the other homes in the neighborhood have this feature?

They also have many if not all of the features that QBO has to offer including bank feeds (will automatically import transactions that hit the bank), Rules (you set a rule and when it recognizes an expense from lets say "Home Depot" it will automatically code it to "Repairs & Maintenance", and also has Classes to code transactions to the proper building.

Hey BP, the new app looks good at first glance, but I’m having trouble using it. I can’t find the search function and “My Discussions” isn’t working. Can you point me in the right direction?

I actually prefer Wix over Weebly because they have a few more features and designs.

Danill and his team are constantly improving, adding features and providing lots of value to subscribers.

However I kept the units small and included them in the ammenities of the units as an additional selling feature. 

For example, does the ad highlight the main features, schools, walk score (walkscore.com)?

And experienced flippers, for the most part, know this and don't incorporate features that limit their buyer pool.
