It probably has spinning dials.

Though, I might spin that to say I'm open to anything that works.

Which one suits your personal style best and seems most likely to be able to work for YOU.Nothing is guaranteed in this business and without knowledge you could find yourself spinning your wheels in the mud and not making much every year, or losing portions of your investable money do to lack of knowledge.That being said, study up on some of the different ways to make money in this business, and pay attention to the risk involved with each, both time risk and money risk, (risk/reward) and find YOUR Sweet Spot of Personal Effort and Risk.Then once you have chosen a particular path (to invest your money) move forward, paying attention to the state of the economy in the area you are investing in.There are many roads to your goal, figure out which one is best for YOU, and then NEVER GIVE UP in the face of adversity....because this business is not all Sunshine and Roses...but it can be very profitable--(IF) you know what you are doing.Good Luck!  

You'll have to follow the usual procedure to give notice to the tenants that you'll need access to their apartments.Besides the odometer-type wheels that usually measure hundreds of gallons, some water meters have a small indicator on their face that spins whenever water is flowing. 

Even as a wholesaler you can make a good living selling 5 to 10 quailty wholesales rather than spinning your wheels and spending $10k a month to do 10 very poor (think $1k to $3k profits) every month  Yes you make a lot of money but they put in a lot of time and money to get those marginal deals.So now that all these get rich wanabes are out there pumping money into the marketing, EVERYONE has to pump more money and effort into the marketing to get more deals.  

I had a lot of plates spinning at once.I truly try to think of these things transactionally.

@Dan Sarao Is hard because an agent wants to sell you something or they do not make any money and are just spinning their wheels.

You can make all the money in the world but if you have poor spending habbits you'll just be spinning your wheels.

But in reality it could hit black for ten straight spins, even though it may be "due" to hit red, it doesn't.
