Hello BP family, I am about a month into Real Estate Investing. After a few months of research and listening to numerous podcasts, I “drove for dollars” yesterday . There are few properties that I like that are set to be auctioned in a week. Should I contact a lender before to have money to make an offer or after the auction to secure it after having the down payment on my own ?

Also, looking to make as many connections and find a mentor in the Gulf Coast of Mississippi Area.

Excited about making a splash in the industry.
