The cases you do hear about in the news are from slumlords, Landlords forcing tenants to have sex, or other egregiously bad behavior.You have bigger fish to fry, like learning how to obey the law and treat your tenants fairly and honestly so that you avoid the lawsuits.

In fact, I advise clients to add crime, sex offender and other criteria to that list, regardless of the neighborhood demographics.

In fact, I could argue that becoming a Catholic Priest does in fact destroy the possibility of ever having a child (since they don't have sex)...so maybe being a priest is wrong!

My opinion of Realtors that dress for an apparent sex apeal seem to me to be lacking knowledge of business and attempting to make up for it by befriending a client or drawing attention personally.

This one is a good point to understand because it allows same sex couples to adopt and thus be considered related via the adopted child; this strictly holds for the housing / zoning matters, and not for everything of course. .
