All "rotating" equipment is very dangerous, and generally it is unlawful for underage persons to operate (for pay) for that reason.

Some examples are a slow drip from a shower, a closet door that lost some trim, a refrigerator where the gasket is peeling off a bit and could be glued back on, blinds where the rotation stick came off (but could still be opened and closed), etc.I normally fix requests, but it's usually at least $150 to get someone out to fix them.

Just make sure you've either developed a plan to manage that yourself or have underwritten carefully so you can pay an MTR management company to handle the rotating turnover schedule.

That property had many traveling nurses, and when they weren't working they were sleeping or out exploring the city, so it didn't put a ton of strain on having cluttered common areas, etc by having separate tenants in each bedroom.
