I would want it to do the following.Automatically schedule followup calls onto my calendar; Day 1-3-5-7-10-15-130-60- 90Automatically send  the caller my business card digitally.Automatically put the caller into a CRM.Automatically record both inbound and outbound callsAutomatically send  the seller and audio notification on a drip schedule.

Recap: I"m new.I mailed out 9 letters and got a total of 3 phone calls.1st caller flaked when it was time to view the property 2nd caller told me he didn't own the property, but gave me the name of who did.
