We try to do them 60-90 days BEFORE lease renewal, so we don't renew a tenant taking poor care of a property.Appears your tenants will be challenging your keeping of their SD.

I am 25 years old, since I was 9 my dad made me read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and 1 year an a half ago I was transferred to USA from work, in that book he talks about financial freedom and real state, so  I recently bought the book how to invest in real estate, by Joshua and Brando (I am still on page 120) however with each page my interest increased, which lead me to this forum.

Our beaches will always draw plenty of visitors in my opinion and are a safer bet because of limited land and fewer properties available to convert to STR.

I cannot afford  and will never want to learn to use The Mortgage Office software.Thanks.BTW, that is ridiculous in this day & age a servicer having a poor portal.
