I was looking in Northern PG County this year, too, but anything worth investing in sold in a few days with multiple offers.  

Also there will be slots high and low inside the garage to allow the air to circulate.

BP does do paid leads too, not sure if any slots are available there. 

Amarillo has won several awards in different publications over the last 6 months or so, including the #1 slot in “best place to buy rentals” from motleyfool.

Have you been able to find lenders who lend without a PG?

The cabins are not crowded next to each other and it’s under a five mile drive on scenic roads to PG.

Some investors will refinance their conventional investments to non-QM to free up slots or simply purchase them with non-QM to begin with.
