A business partnership is created when two or more people, companies or organizations come together to form a new business, company or organization.Often times two people with similar visions for a great business decide to work together, forming a team that is stronger than each of them individually.Why is it so important to find a good partner and structure the partnership to protect the interests of everyone?

i expect that we'll have that sale completed in the next month.I the meantime, I'm looking for feedback on our vision and where we might be making any mistakes or what to watch out for. 

Just thinking about fixing a home brings me joy inside I picture myself doing that soon so I keep myself motivated each day going into work by listening to more podcasts to see my vision a lot clearer.  

My concern is that at this late stage in the cycle (my opinion), smaller, peripheral markets like yours tend to be the first to decline.  

Most of the other peripheral ones you would be able to get good referrals from a trusted agent and trusted general contractor.

When I say we, I mean my wife and I - we both have different versions of what that looks like - I with spreadsheet vision, her with homey visions.
