Hi Yooni,I’ve been self-managing my 12 Detroit doors for the last 2.5 years, and while I’ve made it work, it’s been far from easy.

For context, before I learned about his 6 unit I was planning to purchase a 2-3 unit long term rental in Q1 2025 as my first of many deals with a 5 year goal of financial freedom so I can coach my daughter's high school cross country and track teams.

My goal is to build a comprehensive resource that not only answers key questions but also provides clarity on the entire process.The draft is based on my personal experiences working with clients, but I want to ensure it reflects the broader community's insights.

I just meant to say that it's our next goal to build that up, having just gone on a spending spree on fixing up both properties in a short period of time.

It was just last week a landlord here said it doesn't matter if the tenant hates because they all do, so it really doesn't matter how you run it.
