@mindy jenson I had a feeling once I opened my mouth I would "insert foot" thanks for letting me know! 

Telling the girls "oh that's Chelsea's problem, don't worry about it, it says right here on the contract that we have a zillion days to close," which I had to do my best to counter-balance with "ummm we gotta get moving girls, go go go, is there any reason you can't have [insert task here] done tonight by 6 pm?"

@Brandon Turner, whom we just interviewed (insert big eye emoji), is writing a book on it with my friend Brian Murray, that I'm STOOOOKED to read next year (and you should be too!).

I also got the hidden inserts a pantry 2 24" uppers 2 fridge/uppers and the fridge cover panels.

Also BTW when you buy ikea now they give you 15% gift card or something like that so I get some stuff like , custom closet stuff and inserts for the cabinets.

Too many Realtors slow the deal, make it too complicated or insert their own personality or agenda into the deal.

I inserted a clause in the lease stating it was his responsibility to do those things and if not performed to my liking I can revoke that clause. 

Your anthropological and/or ethnic views aside, if you are not marketing like a successful wholesaler to get off market deals then you are buying retail or opportunity falls on your lap (I was going to insert something poetic here but I rather not offend your senses again) which works for some not most.Hope that made sense in English, my Spanish gets in the way sometimes
