I did not renew the lease and rehabbed the apt when they left.well the cat piss went into the hardwood floors and made an expensive rehab more expensive to tackle the floors. 

It's not a calendar app, but fits a huge part of what I need as far as being able to brain dump tasks when I think of them, quickly, and no matter where I am, then keep organized with anything that needs tackled.

Or if you bring an experienced partner in to tackle a large deal it may be viable also.

@Dean Fiacco I'd suggest you tackle this issue from a Collective Lease approach. 

I would also recommend reading "Who, Not How" which focuses on leveraging others and re-shaping how you think about tackling problems.

Anyways, whats best way to tackle this issue.

I'd partner with someone with the capital to tackle all of them.

It took 7 full months but I finally came across a deal that I could tackle, or thought I could at least, ha.

Can someone provide some thoughts on how to best tackle this situation?
