I have all three kinds of parks- LT RV, POH and TOH so can help with repair estimates but so much depends on location and access to reliable repair services. 

Very excited about how well they are doing.. they are not holding but I am helping them make 250 to 400k in cash a year or more by financing thier deals for them.

I've had a long eviction and a big turnover so just trying to help you avoid something similar.

Real feedback will also help me create valuable content and resources.For example, many investors struggle with knowing which amenities to splurge on for max ROI.
