Alecia, I was just watching a Youtube video about this, I really appreciate the feed back 

I’m looking for some advice and feedback on my real estate investment strategy.

It has helped me a great deal when gathering information on potential deals.

I am not personally familiar with Detroit housing outside of what I observe in these forums but from what I gather these homes are acquired at relatively low price points.

Shaun, we work with a lot of real estate investors that give us feedback on who the top investors are and who to recommend.
