Every day I drive past these really old houses that are screaming to be renovated, but most of the smaller houses in the area are being purchased by builders who are tearing them down and building new houses on the lots.  

And there’s no tax benefit to doing so, it just declines in value everyday, there’s no “cash-flow” to think of, but the kids don’t want to cajole dad into selling his car.

In this case I towed a trailer everyday to fill with trash and took it to the dump at the end of the day.

Every day you own that property you lose money and I believe they have a low money down conventional loan out there as well, but don’t quote me on that.

Is in the IB Program and we’ve been told he can’t dial enroll, however he’s a 4.0 and is crushing it with extra clubs every day after school.  

You have to learn you wake up everyday looking for a job - and it's up to you to hustle to keep "bread on the table" - there is NO guaranteed monthly salary.It'a all up to YOU!

I am also someone that is willing to learn, so I am focusing on the resources I have at hand to learn something new everyday!

You can live your normal life without making sacrifices on everyday things.

I live in a very competitive market (north TX) and I've been posting ads on Craigslist EVERY DAY for the past week and other wholesalers are flagging them for removal.

I'm currently doing them right now (my state requires 168 hours) and I dread making myself log on everyday due to how boring it is.
