Help studying for realtor exam

Hello,

I've been passionate about real estate for the last 5 months and have decided to take my shot at becoming a realtor. I will be taking my exam in CA near the Palmdale/Lancaster region, My question however is

What materials/real estate questions should I study?

Is there practice exams I can take?

Suggestions on books/website?

Basically what should I be reading up on to prepare myself for the realtor exam

I just took the test for Idaho last week. To be honest, it was more difficult than I expected and there was quite a bit of material on the test that was not covered in the class. Our local library website had two practice versions of the test available on their website for free- written by the same company that administers the test in Idaho. I took it several times and used the concepts that I had trouble with to create flash cards and reviewed those over and over. That helped me quite a bit. Best of luck!
