I want to know when you will close, cash or financing, how much up front, who's buying, who's financing, any seller concessions, etc.These days we do a lot of electronic signatures to make things faster, because the market can be speedy.

No signature = no written notice: period.2) You can't treat electronic communication the same as actual written.

This probably doesn't help you,  but I have the full version of Adobe and a blank lease template that I complete the appropriate fields and then send the lease to the tenant via email to electronically sign. 

I am doing this transaction from a distance so I’m not too concerned about where the attorney is located as long as he/she is ok with traveling or doing things electronically. 

If you only need a way for your tenant to pay rent electronically, they could just send the funds electronically from their bank account into your bank account. 

My tenants pay their rent electronically via Avail.

I use apartments.com for electronic rent payments and water bill payments.
