You really do have some high quality videos and provide great content. 

My experience has been that the presentation are hit and miss on beneficial content.

First off, I’d like to thank Josh and Brandon for the amazing content they provide on each and every podcast which has contributed greatly to my knowledge on real estate (still have lots to learn).

There is a lot of great content available from this site and I don't think anything you asked would be considered a "stupid" question.

Umm I do not know about you but some closings require a person to hire a moving company to remove contents in the am to be placed in another home in the pm....

You found the right place - BP is full of amazing content and tools.

Most people get content or would rather sit back and complain about how unfair life is. they will not get their hands dirty, some are afraid of risk, some spend every dollar they have for self gratification and will never have the money to try.

I'm really impressed by the content and overall support on BP and I'm looking forward to learning, networking, and creating that financial freedom.
