Im wondering what are some compromises I can make when it comes to this situation.

When they ask you about the neighbors, will you have to compromise yourself and said they aren’t so bad, Just to get a sale.

It's rare in a court of law that one side gets everything - usually the other side has to be completely in the wrong or completely incompetent for that to happen, as judges are by nature looking to make everyone unhappy by giving a little to each side and encouraging an out-of-court compromise.

Calling something a great deal then adding on all the things that are going to cost excessive amounts of money or compromise your criteria would inherently negate it being a great deal.

I would want them to replace the wood floors and also check to make sure that the recessed lighting wasn't compromised.  

Looooong story I wont bore you with but basically, the tax situation still is not agreed on, we both believe different amounts are owed, cant get timely answers, every time its a different answer and now awaiting a compromise.

Maybe they know there is one item that won't pass inspection and you can jointly hammer out a compromise in the agreement.
