@Destiny Dunbar I like the idea of doing a survey on wholesaling, unfortunately, I don't think you're going to find a positive outcome on BP.I think all businesses even non-real-estate-related need to have a core focus on either Quality, Price, or Convenience.

We have thought of a few different options, going to an interchangeable core system where a "master key" would grant access to exterior and interior doors of all buildings.

I was worried about those with the hollow-core doors.

I would error on the side of caution and just go with what the report says about their background unless they can provide compelling evidence against it.Both your applicants seem like typical renters and both have credit scores higher than my average renter. 

If you follow this it should really help you mitigate a lot of issues when you are investing from afar.Don't buy in the roughest neighborhood in the urban core.

As long as you have your core 4 in place then it really doesn't matter where you invest (within reason) because most of the battle is putting the team together.
