Aloha fellow investors! We have finally chosen the city of MEMPHIS, TN for our out of state REI journey. We have reached out to an REA, who is also an investor, that was recommended to us but need to find the rest of our team. Any suggestions referrals welcomed for property management, small banks and other lenders (in the area), trust worthy contractors, and local CPAs & RE Lawyers. All referrals welcomed! Mahalo!
