You just have to buy them dinner and drinks.  

We didn't get an hour lunch and all that stuff it was eating for 15 minutes during a slow down and drinking a coke.Every job I had after that one which is did for about 3 to 4 years was cake.

Depending on the venue some might require you to buy food/drink if at a restaurant, but not all.

Although I don't know about lasting the whole month, in New York I believe we drink 3-4 x the national average of coffee, and large goes for 4 bucks.
