I lived in Tampa FL and by the way I'm from Ocala myself, I went to Lake Weir High, but any ways when I lived in Tampa and was wholesaling there, we used a title company. 

I am investor located in Chicago, IL more specifically Lake Zurich.

Also has frontage to a small lake. 

I live in a SoCal beach town now, but love the mountains, lakes, etc. as well.Relatively convenient access to a major airport would be valuable to meI hope this topic isn't too far removed from the real estate discussions most commonly posted to the forums, but I thought many in the Bigger Pockets community would have done a similar analysis in their personal lives and might point me in some interesting directions. 

I own an up to date high rise condo in the Lake Merritt area of Oakland that is paid off and rented to excellent tenants in a month to month currently.  

The apartment building is only 2 years old, very modern, and the whole place looks out over a lake from the fifth floor.

We'd probably see dips in early spring and late fall as most people would be looking for fun on the lake or skiing (both near by the subject property).  

One is off Almond across from Shasta High and other is off Lake.

Im looking into getting a small wooded lot around big bear / lake Arrowhead.

I'm looking for any helpful info from current Salt Lake Investors about the market.  1) Are investors buying a lot of rental houses in Salt Lake with median price at 365,000?
