Undeveloped land in San Bernardino county
Im looking into getting a small wooded lot around big bear / lake Arrowhead. I'm trying to navigate coded and zoning. Ive found that most of the locations I'm looking are rs-14 so I'd need .32+ acres.
Initially I'd like to just occasionally bring my Motorhome up for the weekend. Then, build a "recreational cabin" and ultimately build a SFH on the property. So I know access and levelness of land is key.
I'm looking for someone who might be able to consult with me to help mitigate or navigate the zoning / code laws in this specific area.
Thanks!
