I'd say the 3 towns I've been focusing on have been Glen Rock, Ridgewood, and just recently I started to look into Wyckoff as well.

I don't think I'd even stop in Yermo to pee if I were driving to Vegas from here in Riverside.

The major neighborhoods off the top of my head are Black Rock, Riverside, West Side, North Buffalo, University Heights, Kensington, LoveJoy, Kiasertown, South Buffalo, First Ward, Downtown, Allentown, Elmwood Strip, Delaware, and the Fruit Belt.

Anyone know of any car wash properties for sale in the San Diego, Riverside or Orange County areas?
