I merely wanted to share the thought that schooling isn't the only way to learn and that we can do a tremendous amount to better ourselves in regards to knowledge, skills, money making opportunities etc. via other realms beyond just going through more school.

It's an area that I know, & have tremendous resources in.  

This is called Arbitrage, it’s legal, and it can generate tremendous cashflow.

I am anticipating the growth of the surrounding areas right outside of both neighborhoods values are still tremendously low(Chandler Park Dr, etc.)

It helped me tremendously and made my buyout of my partner very clean

Now, I should mention, I never personally buy a home owners warranty, and they are a tremendous pain to work with.
