I live in the prime location for this market, silicon valley, and have been doing some networking with employees of companies such as Google, Facebook, Linked-In, Apple etc and will work to offer my services to these company's employees for the rentals.

For CRE there is a huge community of us posting daily on LinkedIn which I also highly recommend to get connected with others doing what you want to do.I'd be happy to talk with you or anyone else who would like to learn of other resources to get things moving.

You can also go on Linkedin and find HR reps for the hospitals and offer them an incentive ($$$) for "suggesting" this great place that would be perfect for them.
