How can I become an Asset Manager for Real Estate Syndications?

I have a great deal of experience in Investment Operations, I Make important investment decisions and ensure the client's investment doesn't depreciate and I regularly consult with Insurance companies, CDFI’s, Banking, & Credit Union Institutions to mitigate their exposure to risk.

I have portfolio operations experience with Real estate and mortgage backed securities portfolios that include different types of properties in a variety of regions and markets.

I am comfortable managing the cash flow from properties within the portfolio. I have a thorough understanding of the real estate investment syndication field, including its concepts, terminology, and best practices. I am very knowledgeable and experienced with the various types of real estate syndication asset types, such as multifamily, commercial, and residential, and I understand how they are structured and managed.

I have strong business acumen and I have expertise with financial and investment concepts, such as portfolio analysis, portfolio construction, banking operations, institutional lending, and treasury management. I stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulations related to the real estate investment industry. Communicating with investors and clients. I use multiple investment software programs on a daily basis and reconcile daily activity for Securities and Mortgage Collateral Pledged on a daily basis.
