I don't yet own an RV park but have been researching what makes them really do well (other than local attractions, obviously you have and might be all you need). you an also look for a spot on the high bluff next to that river where people can fish and let their dog swim,canoeing,  or a shaded nature walk.

I considered buying rental properties in my mid 20s but instead spent the money on stuff like Saltwater Fish tanks and corvettes.

So many fish in the sea, if she isn't putting out, move on..

I was hoping to create new relationships and learn new things from others but if all they're teaching is how to get 10 people to get 10 more people, well, thats not what I'm fishing for in this pond ya know.

However what about homes where investors are just fishing for the big discount and the flip, the homes that have to be reversed staged to try to get a low ball offer accepted, processed and negotiated all so someone can get a hefty discount and flip it the same day?

I've dealt with snakes in the past who probably would quite make me swim with the fishes over less than 2 grand.

I have been setting up calling campaigns for 15 years now, taking on everything from used cars to educational contracts to fish tanks... pretty much if it can be sold over the phone or an appointment can be booked for it, I've done it.
