15 Years in Cold Calling, Looking to get into Appointment Setting For REIs -- advice?

Hello everyone!

New to the forums, but absolutely amazed at how supportive the community seems to be. I was genuinely blown away by how open, honest, and educational everyone here seems to be :)

Now, as the title suggests, I'm pretty much green to real estate. I've read into the basics--short sales, preforeclosures, etc, and had a summer job calling into specific areas for a small group of real estate agents in Canada back in my early college days, but that's about it.

What does interest me is how many agents seem to acknowledge that cold calling works, but who are loathe to actually make the calls. I have been setting up calling campaigns for 15 years now, taking on everything from used cars to educational contracts to fish tanks... pretty much if it can be sold over the phone or an appointment can be booked for it, I've done it.

So, I'm thinking for my next mountain to climb, I will be applying my resources, staff, and experience to provide a tailored service for real estate agents. How useful would the idea of the service be to you, and what frustrations / obstacles have you ran into in the past that you believe would need to have special attention dedicated to them in order for such a campaign to be a success?

Grateful for any suggestions you can provide! :)
