I can always rely on you to post and I thank you for that greatly.Perhaps a way to bridge the gap is to wait until the rehab is well underway and you can see the light at the tunnel - perhaps 1 month out.

Otherwise he makes the properties available as needed for licensed trades and inspections.We use tools like Google Drive, Buildium, Chase Quickpay, Camscanner, and lots of photographs to bridge the physical divide and work together remotelyI have to say that the market I work in is the area I originally grew up in, so this was not some maintenance group off the street but someone I had already known for years, but this process is working pretty well.

Well, if I EVER take ownership of that property down the road, then that deed more or less finally kicks in (as an example, I can deed you the Golden Gate Bridge, but you didn’t get anything because I don’t currently own that beautiful piece of living history.

Jacksonville Beach is a subset of duval running from the intercoastal waterway (which is east of the property indicated) to the ocean.You can definitely bike over that bridge (there is even a bike lane) but keep in mind that bridge peaks up a bit so boats can go under it and it would be a pretty hard ride to get to the beach in 20 minutes.Amend definition, if you're willing to be west of the intercoastal, there are a lot of properties that could be had for $100k.
